Fargo High-Risk Offender Registers New Address

Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A high-risk sex offender has registered a new address in Fargo, according to public records and a police notice.

Aaron Wayne Anderson, 44, is now listed at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo. State records list him as 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds. The same records describe him as having hazel eyes and brown hair.

What Public Records Show

North Dakota registry records show Anderson is a high-risk offender. He is also listed as a lifetime registrant. That means he must keep his registration current under state law.

Public records say Anderson was convicted in 2023 in Cass County District Court. The listed convictions are indecent exposure and corruption or solicitation of a minor.

The records say the victim was a 16-year-old female. The offense summary says Anderson asked the teen to go into a bathroom with him. It also says he came out of the bathroom naked.

Why The Notice Matters

Fargo Police publish these notices to inform the public. The goal is awareness, not panic. The city also says residents should not harass or threaten offenders.

Police guidance says people should report suspicious behavior right away. Residents can also sign up for alerts through the North Dakota Sex Offender Registry. National registry links are also available through the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website.

Where To Learn More

Readers can review public information through the North Dakota offender profile. Fargo also posts answers to common questions on its sex offender FAQ page.

This report is based on public registry information and official public safety guidance. Anyone with concerns should contact local law enforcement.
