Fargo Gun Threat Charge Filed Against West Fargo Man
Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A West Fargo man has been arrested after an alleged gun threat in Downtown Fargo.
The incident happened on May 24 in the 300 block of Broadway North. Two people flagged down Fargo Police and reported a threat near a hot dog cart.

According to court documents, the victims said Evan Fairchild approached them near the cart. They told police he began calling them derogatory names in Spanish.
Documents say Fairchild then started a fight with the victims. During the encounter, he allegedly lifted his shirt. The victims said he showed a firearm in his waistband.
Fairchild then allegedly made a threatening statement toward the victims. One victim told police he feared for his life.

Loaded Revolver Found, Documents Say
Police later found Fairchild with two other people on Broadway. He was detained on suspicion of brandishing a firearm.
According to documents, police found a silver .44 Taurus Magnum revolver on Fairchild. The revolver was loaded with five bullets.
Fairchild was arrested after the investigation. He now faces a charge of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.

No conviction has been reported in this case. Fairchild is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
