Polk County – East Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me) – A Minnesota man is facing serious charges after allegedly sending violent and threatening text messages.
According to court documents, Stephen Tyler Everding, of East Grand Forks, has been charged with felony threats of violence following a July 11th incident.
Authorities say Everding sent a text message to another man containing explicit threats, stating in part:
“I’mma kill you, bud. I’mma put two in the back of your effing skull. I know where you live and work.”
The case has now been transferred to the criminal court system, and Everding could face significant legal consequences if convicted.
