RED LAKE COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) — Hilario Rincon of East Grand Forks is once again facing legal trouble after being arrested for felony violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order.

According to court documents, on March 7th, Rincon was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over in Red Lake County for a driving complaint related to a violation in Polk County. Shockingly, the female driver of the vehicle was the very person who had previously filed the protection order against him.

Rincon already had prior convictions for violating the no-contact order, yet was caught in the car with the protected individual. When questioned, the female driver admitted she was aware of the order but claimed she was trying to have it dropped.

Court documents did not specify the reason behind Rincon’s apparent black eye at the time of arrest.

Stay tuned for updates on this developing case.
