Narrative:
The Dodge Dakota, driven by Jesse Pierce, was traveling southbound on Highway 1 when it veered off the road, rolled over, and landed on its passenger side. Both Pierce and Courtade were transported to Cooperstown for medical attention with minor injuries. Pierce was charged with DUI and DUI refusal, while Courtade faces charges related to drug possession. The ND Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
