- THE MORNING AFTER A HOUSE PARTY IN FORT YATES, A WOMAN WOKE UP IN A BEDROOM AND SAW EAGLE GETTING OFF THE BED AND FASTENING HIS PANTS. THE WOMAN NOTICED THE BLACK STRETCH PANTS SHE WAS WEARING WERE OFF. DNA TESTS CONFIRMED EAGLE HAD SEX WITH HER WHEN SHE WAS ASLEEP.
