NEWFOLDEN, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Kevin Skjerven of Newfolden, Minnesota, who has ties to the case regarding the disappearance of Veronica Safanski from Warren in 1996 has been arrested on an unrelated charge. Skjerven has been charged with Illegal Possession of Ammunition.
