FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Criminal charges against Daniel Joe Wieland of Fargo, North Dakota, have been dismissed. Wieland had been charged with conspiracy to commit theft of property and conspiracy to commit burglary following a report from a Fargo couple who discovered $144,000 worth of jewelry missing from their home while they were away. The insurance company compensated the couple for their loss. Although court records do not specify the reason for the dismissal, a source familiar with the case mentioned that a witness provided conflicting statements. Consequently, Wieland has now been cleared of any wrongdoing.
