Intentional Collision: Fargo Police Reveal Road Rage Incident

FARGO, ND ( – In a shocking development, Fargo Police have confirmed that a two-vehicle crash on North 10th Street and 19th Avenue in Fargo on Sunday evening was intentional. The incident, which occurred at 7:37 p.m., has led to charges against both drivers involved.

According to the police investigation, the drivers, who were known to each other, were engaged in a heated dispute prior to the collision. One of the drivers, 37-year-old Cassandra Alvarez, confronted the other driver at a North Fargo address, causing a disturbance. The other party allegedly vandalized Alvarez’s vehicle before fleeing the scene.

Witnesses reported seeing Alvarez’s vehicle traveling at a high speed before it struck the other vehicle from behind at the intersection. Both drivers sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment at the scene.

Cassandra Alvarez has been arrested and charged with aggravated reckless endangerment. The other driver is expected to face charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
