GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding a report of a child falling from a 3rd floor apartment window in downtown Grand Forks Saturday evening. At this point, police have released very little information, but TRF News has confirmed the child is 2-years old. The child’s condition remains unknown as of early this Sunday morning.

from the video and the number of doors and windows open, Im thinking that these apartments dont have central air.
and it was way too hot to not open the doors and windows.
So its just a bad deal.
