GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Matthew James Littlewind of Bismarck is confronting serious legal troubles after being charged with felony terrorizing in Grand Forks. According to court documents, on April 24th, a Grand Forks Police Officer witnessed Littlewind assaulting another individual in the parking lot of 110 Cherry Street. As Littlewind was being taken into custody, he allegedly directed a chilling threat at the officer, saying, “I hope to God you die. Take these handcuffs off, and I’ll kill you myself.”
