Anoka County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)On the morning of Tuesday, April 22, 2025, a significant law enforcement operation unfolded in Ramsey, Minnesota, following reports of an armed individual. At approximately 8:30 a.m., officers responded to the 15200 block of Snowy Owl Street NW after a man reportedly confronted a neighbor with a firearm before retreating into his residence.

The nature of their relationship and the circumstances leading to their deaths remain under investigation.
