Roseau Woman Accused of Selling Over 24 Grams of Meth to Undercover Officer

ROSEAU COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Tiffany Abrahamson, a 38-year-old resident of Roseau, has been charged with first-degree sale of at least 17 grams of methamphetamine within a 90-day period. In December, an undercover officer paid $550 in controlled buy funds to Abrahamson for approximately 24.99 grams of the illicit substance.

The suspected meth was submitted to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension lab on July 31, and a report confirming its contents returned on August 18. Shortly after, Tiffany Abrahamson was charged with her alleged crime.

Abrahamson has been granted conditional release without monetary bond during her first appearance on September 30th. Her omnibus hearing is scheduled for November 18 at 1 p.m. If convicted, she could face up to a 30-year sentence, though Minnesota sentencing guidelines recommend a sentence between 65 and 125 months with two-thirds spent in custody and the remainder on supervised release.
