The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

It also carries a possible fine of up to $10,000.

Assault Allegation

The complaint also includes a misdemeanor fifth-degree assault charge.

Court documents allege Iverson threw a mostly full container of coffee grounds at Ryan Iverson.

The complaint says the container hit his right forearm and right temple.

It also alleges coffee grounds were spread across the kitchen.

Authorities reported coffee grounds on a wall and plant leaves.

The complaint further alleges Iverson threw a shoebox containing magazines.

Ryan Iverson told authorities he was able to dodge that item.

He said the key broke while she tried to enter the property.

Later that evening, she was allowed inside using another key, the complaint says.

Ryan Iverson claimed she became aggressive inside the home.

He said he later left the residence and returned on April 1.

He reported the home was in disarray when he returned.

Russ Iverson told authorities he did not want Jayden Iverson on the property.

A no-trespass order was later signed, according to the complaint.

Jayden Iverson denied throwing anything or acting violently toward Ryan Iverson.

She also claimed Ryan Iverson gave her the key.

She said Ryan Iverson kicked the hole in the wall.

The charges are allegations at this stage.

Iverson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
