Marshall County (trfnews.i234.me)A Thief River Falls resident is facing two misdemeanor charges following a traffic stop in Marshall County.

On May 11, 2025, at approximately 6:06 PM, Riley Anne Honeycutt, 21, of Thief River Falls, MN, was stopped by Deputy Brady Skeim (Badge #426) of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office near US Hwy 59 NW and 280th St NW. Honeycutt was operating a 2011 silver Subaru Impreza with Colorado license plate ASQX47.

During the stop, Honeycutt was cited for the following offenses:

  1. Cannabis Open Package – Possess in Motor Vehicle; Not Compliant Packaging or Container
