WARROAD, MN β A Warroad man is facing serious felony charges after allegedly threatening a woman with a firearm, according to court documents.
On February 12, a Roseau County Deputy responded to a call at a residence in Warroad following reports that Jacob Brian Gabrich, armed with a pistol, had threatened to kill a woman.
Authorities quickly located Gabrich as he was leaving the scene in his vehicle. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and discovered that he was armed with a Glock pistol.
According to the criminal complaint, Gabrich admitted to threatening the female victimβs life. Following his arrest, he was officially charged with felony threats of violence.
Law enforcement has not released further details regarding the victim or possible additional charges, but the case is now moving through the legal system in Roseau County.
