HE DROVE THE VICTIM, IN HER CAR, TO A NEARBY CONSTRUCTION SITE AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER IN THE BACKSEAT. FOLLOWING THE ASSAULT, HE TOLD THE VICTIM TO LIE DOWN IN THE NEARBY WOODS FOR AN HOUR, AND HE LEFT THE SCENE.
