the 31 year old Christine Lynn Jones is in jail on this Saturday morning after allegedly stabbing a man in the chest this in from Grand Forks police who say they were dispatched to the 2000 block of dike Avenue at 12:40 a.m. this Saturday for a report of a male subject who had been stabbed in the chest with a knife the victim was transported to Altru hospital the suspect is known to the victim officers located the suspect Christine Jones at the 100 block of Cottonwood street Jones was arrested and charged with aggravated assault members of the Grand Forks Police Department Criminal Investigation Bureau responded to the incident the extent of the victim’s injuries are unknown at this time anyone with any information on this incident is asked to contact Grand Forks Police at 701 787-8 thousand I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
