Woman Charged With Violent Rampage Pleads Not Guilty on Friday

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grand Forks woman is facing Attempted Murder charges, after a bloody rampage.
it was a bloody December 23rd at a Grand Forks County residence 21 year old Rose Ann Rick of Grand Forks has been charged with two counts of attempted murder two counts of aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon child neglect and domestic violence bodily injury a man and woman ended up being stabbed and a child was apparently present according to the court documents quote at approximately 2 25 a.m on December 23rd deputies from the Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office were dispatched for a report of a stabbing incident it was reported to 9-1-1 there was blood everywhere and that parties were still actively fighting deputies responded to the scene and discovered a male subject whose upper body was covered in blood Rose Rick was discovered in the same room with what was later to be determined self-inflicted lacerations a third party a woman was located in the bathroom holding a towel to her wrist immediate aid was rendered by deputies who discovered a stab wound near the male’s left shoulder back of neck area that was bleeding profusely all three parties were transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment of injuries through the investigation it was learned that Rose Rick became intoxicated after going out drinking with one of the victims the male after returning home Rick became upset and attacked and attempted to attack the males live-in girlfriend and sexual partner of roses a female she was described as going on a rampage hitting walls and cutting herself with a knife from the kitchen counter and yelling about men Rick allegedly chased the female victim to the bathroom carrying the knife Rick entered the bathroom by forcing her way in and attempted to stab the female in the throat with a knife saying quote I’ll kill you both but the female was able to block the knife while blocking the stabbing attempt she received a laceration to her right wrist requiring stitches Rick also punched the female victim in the head several times causing pain the male was able to get into the bathroom and take the knife away from Rick and carry her to another room with the female following as soon as the male let go of Rick she took possession of the same knife and tried to attack the female again but was stopped by the male victim when the male attempted to render Aid to the female victim he heard Rose say effing die and felt the knife enter his back uh the uh Rose began apologizing several times while Jennifer searched for a towel allowing an unknown amount of time to lapse the female victim attempted to put pressure on the stab wound to stop the bleeding but it was attacked Again by Rick who stated let him effing die during the investigation a small fixed blade knife was discovered to have what appeared to be Blood on the blade matching the description of the knife uh used used with it was provided to deputies by the victim I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
