* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…East Marshall, Kittson, Roseau, and West Marshall Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility. Occasional whiteout conditions in open country. Slick
roads and reduced visibility will make travel conditions hazardous.
