* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Additional snow
accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…East Polk, Mahnomen, and Norman Counties.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
