* WHAT…Blowing snow and heavy snow showers expected. Total snow
accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…East Marshall, Kittson, Roseau, and West Marshall Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility. Near blizzard conditions in open country expected at
times. Travel conditions will be hazardous.
