Winter Weather Advisory issued January 11 at 10:20PM CST until January 12 at 3:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of
2 to 5 inches. Visibilities down to one quarter mile at times in
open country. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
will reduce visibility at times. Be prepared for rapidly changing
visibility over short distances.
