Winona County (trfnews.i234.me) – An early morning rollover crash occurred on May 3, 2025, at approximately 5:44 AM on Highway 61 near mile marker 18 in Richmond Township, Winona County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2009 Toyota Camry was traveling southbound on Highway 61 when the vehicle rolled. The driver, 43-year-old Mario Isaac Lemagnes of Hawkins, Wisconsin, was wearing a seat belt, and the airbag deployed. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Winona Health. No alcohol was involved, and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
Assisting at the scene was the Winona County Sheriff’s Office. The incident is believed to have been fully investigated.
