Williston Pedestrian Seriously Hurt In Crash
Williston (trfnews.i234.me) — A pedestrian suffered serious, life-threatening injuries Friday morning after being struck by a pickup on Highway 1804 east of Williston.
The crash happened on June 12, 2026, at about 3:04 a.m. Central time. It occurred near Mile Marker 316 in Williams County.
The North Dakota State Patrol said a 1993 GMC Sierra was traveling eastbound. The pickup then struck a pedestrian walking in the roadway.
Pedestrian Flown To Minot Hospital
The pedestrian was identified in the release as a 23-year-old man from Dubois, Wyoming. His name was not released.
He was first taken to CHI St. Alexius Health Williston. He was later flown to Trinity Hospital in Minot.
Driver Not Injured
The driver was listed as a 19-year-old man from Westby, Montana. His name was not released in the report.
Authorities said the driver was not hurt. The release also said no seat belt was in use.
The listed charges include criminal vehicular injury, DUI, and minor in possession. Court records or booking details were not included in the release.
Several Agencies Responded
Road and weather conditions were both listed as dry at the time of the crash.
