Warroad Resident Receives Six-Year Prison Term for Stabbing Incident

Clarence Clark jr. of Warroad has been sentenced to six years in prison on a first-degree assault charge in a stabbing incident here’s our original report that ran April 15th of this year 31 year-old Clarence Clark of Warroad is now facing felony charges following a stabbing incident earlier this month according to court records on April 6th an officer was called to 218 Minnesota Avenue for a report of a stabbing the officer found the male victim slumped over bleeding from the abdomen a witness stated Clark had fled the scene where a kitchen knife stained with blood was also found the witness stated Clark and the victim had been drinking but at one point Clark challenged the victim to fight him and then allegedly repeatedly stabbed him he also threatened a female at the scene who had a no contact order against him Clark has been charged with two felonies of first and second degree assault and misdemeanor domestic abuse no contact order again as we said at the start of the story Clarence Clark jr. has now been sentenced to six years in prison on a charge of a first-degree assault I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
