Warroad Resident Receives Sentence

WARROAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Warroad, MN man has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for an incident last Octobber.
Maxwell Anderson of Warroad has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and 3 years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of threats of violence the disorderly conduct charge was dismissed for background on this story here’s our original report that ran on October 23rd the 32 year old Maxwell Charles Anderson of Warroad is facing criminal charges for alleged threatening text messages on October 21st a woman reported receiving threatening text messages from Anderson there was apparently a dispute between Anderson and the females friend allegedly in part Anderson in a text message stated quote I will put an effing bullet between his eyes before he is 300 yards away unquote again Maxwell Anderson sentenced to 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to a threats of violence charge disorderly conduct charge was dismissed I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
