Warroad, MN (trfnews.i234.me)Timothy J. Bahr Jr., of Warroad, Minnesota, has been charged with 1st-degree burglary and 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct following a violent incident detailed in a probable cause statement filed by the local prosecutor.

According to the criminal complaint, on March 1st, Bahr allegedly kicked in the door of a local apartment where a male victim and a female were present. Bahr reportedly forced his way inside after banging on the door and forcibly removing the female from the apartment.

The female victim disclosed that after being taken from the apartment, Bahr sexually assaulted her. The following day, she reported waking up with extensive bruising on her arms and legs, a busted lip, a knot on her head and noted that her body was sore and that she woke up unclothed.

The victim later reported that Bahr expressed concern about having a potential warrant for his arrest. She later escaped from Bahr’s residence to seek help.

Bahr is now in custody, facing felony charges while the investigation continues.
