Derek Lee Boman, 42, of Newfolden, is accused of possessing approximately 0.68 grams of methamphetamine following an October 27, 2026, incident.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Marshall County District Court, deputies responded after a store employee reported a customer causing problems.

Deputies Called to Dollar General Disturbance

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a Dollar General employee reporting a disturbance inside the Warren store.

When a deputy arrived, he noticed merchandise scattered across the floors of several aisles.

According to court documents, the deputy found Boman pushing a shopping cart through the store.

Investigators said Boman was not following the deputy’s instructions.

For safety reasons, the deputy placed Boman in handcuffs while investigating the disturbance.
