Walker Woman Charged After Cass County DWI Stop

Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) A Walker woman is charged in a DWI case.

The stop happened on Sunday, February 8, 2026. It was around 9:39 p.m., according to the complaint.

Prosecutors charged Stacy Jo Bieloh, 56, of Walker, Minnesota. The case was filed in Cass County Court on February 9, 2026.

Charges filed

Bieloh is charged with Traffic – DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle – Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within 2 Hours.

She is also charged with Traffic – DWI – Third-Degree Driving While Impaired.

Court records list the charges as a gross misdemeanor.

What investigators say happened

A caller reported a dark Jeep swerving on the road. The caller also reported it stopped in a turn lane.

A Minnesota State Patrol trooper found the Jeep on the roadside in Cass County.

The complaint says the engine was running. The lights were on. Bieloh was alone in the vehicle.

Signs of alcohol use

The trooper reported bloodshot, watery eyes. The trooper also reported slurred speech.

The trooper reported a strong odor of alcohol. The complaint also lists an open beer can in a cup holder.

Bieloh allegedly told the trooper she was drunk. She allegedly said, “I’m drunk. Arrest me.”

Breath test results reported

The complaint says a preliminary breath test showed .183.

A later DataMaster DMT test was given at about 10:58 p.m. The complaint reports a .18 result.

Bieloh appeared before Judge Christopher J. Strandlie, according to court records.

Bail was set at $0 with conditions of release.
