URGENT UPDATE: Police Address Threat Report in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) There was a large police presence in downtown Grand Forks Tuesday evening, after a report of threats.
and we had some breaking news out of uh Downtown Grand Forks on this Tuesday evening around 8:30 messages that traffic was backed up on the sly bridge in a large police presence uh on demur in downtown uh Grand Forks uh no details yet a dispatcher did confirm they were responding to a report of menacing and terroristic threats but not sure exactly what happened yet uh we’ll try to get more information and have the story uh updated uh tomorrow morning or uh later on if charges are filed in this incident I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv
