we have an update regarding that shelter in place Street uh for North 39th Street in Grand Forks this is all taking place here at this corner building this is the corner of 13th Avenue North and North 39th Street now Lieutenant Stein at the Grand Forks Police Department has just confirmed this is in connection to that shots fired incident we reported on earlier Lieutenant Stein says it’s a service of a high risk warrant as we reported an arrest warrant had been issued for Omar Martinez in connection to a shooting at a man and a juvenile Sunday morning on Demers Avenue in Grand Forks again service of a high risk warrant here tactical teams out and police around the neighborhood will show you the building here on Google Earth uh one person a viewer on the scene who sent video says they were asking on the loudspeaker for the person in apartment number four to come out so again they uh at this At This Hour 2 59 p.m this is still underway uh they have a drone up in the air over the building as uh police and a Tactical Unit try to serve a high-risk uh warrant here in Grand Forks we’ll keep you updated I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
