the charges against 36 year old david gomez of grand forks just keep piling up earlier this week we told you about a uh incident earlier sunday morning in which gomez allegedly fled from p police for a short distance with his vehicle crashing into a snow bank then while being arrested uh he allegedly told the officer i have coveted and spit in his face he was facing a felony charge of contact by bodily fluids and other misdemeanor charges of fleeing disobedience of a judicial order dui and refusal to submit to chemical tests for that incident and now he’s facing four more felony charges of reckless endangerment and felonious restraint for another earlier alleged incident by the budget inn on november 9. according to court documents part of those charges include gomez allegedly following a man and woman’s vehicle and ramming it here by the budget inn the woman in that vehicle also reported other incidents of domestic abuse against gomes of the day before he allegedly rammed their vehicle i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
