we have an update regarding a story we first brought you Tuesday Morning in Grand Forks regarding the assault of a juvenile female 38-year-old Wan Stafford of gr Forks now facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a female known to him this was not a random assault according to court documents the victim reported sleeping in a bedroom waking up with a large male on top of her wearing a white mask using his hand to cover her mouth while using his other hand to sexually assault her the victim stated that she uh clawed and scratched the man uh she later identified to police as Stafford she stated he got off her and left and was soon arrested by police the victim was bleeding from her mouth and lips area according to the criminal complaint and was taken by ambulance to the hospital to be checked over Stafford denied intentionally sexually touching the victim but he now been charged with three felonies of gross sexual imposition child abuse and felonious restraint he’s also facing a misdemeanor charge of wearing a mask during the commission of a criminal offense I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
