Update: Sergeant Confirms that Investigation into Polk County Abduction Attempt is Ongoing

POLK COUNTY, MN. (trfnews.i234.me) The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says a report of an attempted abduction on Monday near the Thompson Bridge is still an active investigation. At this point, no information on a possible suspect or definitive answer as to whether this was an actual abduction attempt.
Neil Berg here in krton at the P County Sheriff’s Department with the latest on the investigation of an attempted abduction uh out by the uh Thompson Bridge South of Grand Forks East Grand Forks late Monday afternoon just talk with Sergeant Jesse Hogan who says at this point all they can say it’s still an active investigation so no further uh details on all this around 4:30 on Monday afternoon there was a uh call for a 17-year-old female who was found tied up along the road and the ambulance crew at the scene checked her out and uh she was okay uh but again no definitive word yet on whether this was an actual uh abduction at this point the sheriff’s department hasn’t released any information that they’re looking for an actual suspect in this uh we’ll keep you updated I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news .tv
