we have an update regarding a 77 year old Vern Hodgson of rural Warren Minnesota who’s been now been formally charged with felony his second-degree assault according to court documents the spray pilot took a video of the incident he reported that someone in the yard pointed a gun at his house this would be out east of Warren the the pilot reported first the guy was waving at him the second time he went by the suspect was pointing a gun at him deputies located Hodgson at the farmstead where he lives Hudson asked the deputy if this was about the plane flying over his house he said he’s been trying to get planes to not fly over his house he stated he held up a shotgun waving it at the plane he said he has never done this before but he’s getting sick of it he says he didn’t point to shotgun at the plane and it wasn’t loaded the pilot stated Hodgson was in a hunting stance with the gun pointed directly at the plane while he was about 75 feet off the ground I’m Neil Berg reporting for high news dot TV
