BELTRAMI COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – An update has emerged regarding a harrowing pursuit across Northern Beltrami County, Minnesota, on Sunday evening, where speeds reached a staggering 114 miles per hour. Now, 40-year-old Robert Langford of Bemidji finds himself facing serious charges in connection with the incident.

According to court documents, Langford’s reckless actions prompted law enforcement to call off the pursuit for safety reasons. However, authorities were already aware of Langford’s identity and continued their efforts to locate him.

Langford was apprehended at a residence northwest of Black Duck early Monday morning. Reports indicate he resisted arrest, and homeowners recounted Langford boasting about evading law enforcement.

The vehicle used in the pursuit was discovered near Black Duck School, further solidifying Langford’s involvement in the incident. As a result, Langford now faces charges including felony fleeing, as well as misdemeanors for obstructing the legal process, careless driving, and driving after cancellation.

Stay tuned for further developments on this ongoing story.
