UPDATE: Prosecution Now Reviewing Report on Fatal July 2nd Grand Forks Crash

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The North Dakota Highway Patrol’s report concerning a deadly, multi-vehicle crash near the Grand Forks Airport on July 2, 2021 is now in the hands of the prosecution. They determine whether charges will be filed against a semi driver who plowed into multiple vehicles.
a north dakota highway patrol report regarding this july 2nd crash on highway 2 by the entrance to the grand forks airport is now in the hands of the state’s attorney’s office however the patrol tells inews the accident reconstruction report is not completed yet it will be up to the state’s attorney to decide if charges will be filed against steven pychowski of felton minnesota pachelski was driving a semi pulling a load of asphalt when he ran into multiple vehicles killing one man and injuring multiple others we’ll keep you updated as to what happens in this case here’s our report from july listing all the people killed and injured in the crash uh the driver of a 2006 chevy malibu eric jane 61 of des moines iowa was killed seat belts and news airbag deployed uh the uh drop and his passenger was uh sally cooper smith age 61 of the des moines iowa non-life-threatening injuries vehicle number three a ford f-150 pickup pulling a boat the driver was todd petry age 57 of waterville minnesota non-life threatening injuries seat belt and use airbags deployed passenger jeffrey grahams age 56 of hudson iowa uninjured seat belts in use passenger number two juvenile male non-life-threatening injuries passenger number three skyler petry age 25 of waterville minnesota uninjured seatbelt worn a vehicle number four a 2018 dodge caravan uh driver gene waters uh female age 51 of larimore non-life threatening injuries a seatbelt in use vehicle number five a 2018 toyota tundra pulling a boat uh driver jeffrey dunbar age 51 of uh arkansas wisconsin non-life-threatening injuries his passenger melissa dunbar female 52 of arkansas wisconsin non-life threatening injuries jake dunbar age 24 of arkansas wisconsin non-life non-life-threatening injuries third passenger sarah dunbar age 13 of arkansas was 19 of arkansas wisconsin non-life-threatening injuries driver vehicle number six driver number six of a toyota rav uh helene cantos a female 39 of devil’s lake non-life-threatening injuries seat belts in use passenger uh jenny v areola female 37 of devils like non-life-threatening injuries a vehicle number seven a 2014 chevy silverado pulling an enclosed utility trailer 57 year old carl combat of rugby north dakota uninjured seat belt in use and finally driver number eight of a 2011 honda pilot uh 49 year old brenda koble of grand forks uninjured her passenger was a juvenile male uninjured again the highway patrol says the crash was caused when the driver of the volvo truck pulled in a belly dump trailer loaded with asphalt 54 year old stephen pachowski of felton minnesota crashed into cars either waiting or slowing at the intersection here and as we said the highway patrols report is now in the hands of the state’s attorney for possible charges i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
