GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Grandmother of a 2-year old boy who was attacked by a dog in Grand Forks on Wednesday says the boy wound having to have surgery on his face at a Fargo hospital. He’s expected to be released from the hospital today.
