Update: Man Suffers Arm Severance and Leg Injury in Grand Forks Train Collision

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A 21-year old man’s arm was severed and his leg mangled, following an early Sunday morning accident in Grand Forks.
Bob Whedon spent part of his Sunday morning washing blood off the parking lot and off the side of his warehouse on the 1500 block of Dyke Avenue in Grand Forks police say at 1:30 this Sunday morning a 21 year old Grand Forks man whose name is not being released yet apparently jumped on a moving train in downtown and wrote it here unto the 1500 block of Dyke Avenue where he was run over by the Train suffering severe injuries to his limbs a blood trail shows he was able to make it to Whedon’s building before helpless call well I got called this morning around 6:00 6:30 in the morning the police department telling me somebody had been hit by a train and they’d come by your building maybe trying to get in to clean themselves up or fix themselves up or something and there’s a trail of blood and then there was a bunch of blood smears on my door and window and a trail that came right out here in the parking lot so he must have been able to walk yet or crawl walk or crawl and now whedon has passed along more details of what happened to the victim after talking to his neighbor across the street the victim managed to make it to a home across the street from Whedon’s warehouse where he knocked out a window crying for help the homeowner says one of the victims arms was severed and a leg was badly mangled at this point police haven’t released the 21 year old Grand Forks man’s name or his condition however we have learned from another source the victim was wearing und apparel I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV

  1. Please do not do this. I myself have done this MANY of times & am EXTREMELY fortunate to be alive & with all of my limbs. The times that come to mind send cold chills-Not once, not twice, but three times I had heaved my bike over my shoulder & hopped the ladder on a slow mover, climbed in between to inch through, grabbing the other ladder & hopping off. The other & last time I had ever played with fate was dragging my bike under a hopper car when it started to move. Needless to say that was enough to scare me to NEVER play around trains again. That young man is extremely lucky to be alive-PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!
