UPDATE: Juvenile Charged In Fatal Grand Forks Motorcycle Crash

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 17-year-old female from Grand Forks is facing charges in connection with a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on June 15th on 32nd Avenue South, just west of Grand Forks. The incident involved a 2009 Pontiac Vibe driven by the juvenile and a 2021 Honda motorcycle driven by Nicholas Minske.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Minske was southbound on County Road 5 when the Pontiac, driven by the teen, slowed at a stop sign and then continued through the intersection. The motorcycle struck the passenger side of the Pontiac, resulting in severe injuries to Minske. Unfortunately, Minsky succumbed to his injuries on June 21st.

The juvenile driver, who was not injured, had three passengers—another juvenile and two adults—who suffered minor injuries. Due to her age, the driver will not be named publicly and is facing charges in juvenile court.
