well this in at 6 a.m the North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol have closed I-29 Northbound and southbound Lanes from Fargo to Grand Forks due to freezing rain and snow causing very icy roads motorists are not allowed to travel on a closed Road due to life-threatening conditions motorists who drive past a road closure device may be fined up to 250 dollars again as of 6 a.m on this Thursday morning I-29 between Fargo and Grand Forks is closed I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
