this update uh from grand forks police regarding the murder at the budget inn on december 5th murder victim 55-year-old jeffrey schulzky grant force police now say they would like to clarify that william poytra is not a person of interest in this homicide investigation and that vincent villarreal the victim’s son and emmanuel garza are currently incarcerated in crookston on charges unrelated to the homicide investigation however i just talked with sergeant subi who says both garza and villarreal the victim’s son are still persons of interest in this murder investigation i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
