UPDATE: Grand Forks Shooting Incident Results in Woman Being Charged

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A woman is now facing criminal charges, after shots were fired in a Grand Forks neighborhood Sunday morning.
we have an update there regarding a report of shots fired here on Columbia Court on a Sunday morning 27 year old Jessica Marie Fairley has now been charged with a pair of felonies reckless endangerment and a criminal mischief according to court records on Sunday at 8 30 a.m officers were dispatched for a report of a female that had just shot a round into the curb from a handgun officers verbally spoke to the female suspect as she came out of the residence with a handgun in her hands the suspect identified as Jessica Fairley did not comply with the officer’s initial commands after some time she came out with nothing observed in her hands officers secured fairly and conducted a protective sweep of the residents locating two other roommates that were not injured officers observe bullet holes in the side of the residence that appeared to have been shot from the outside into the residence officers retrieved a four spent shell casings from outside the residence but could not locate the shell casing that the complainant witness observed her shoot into the curb uh fairly allegedly fired rounds into the residents with her roommates still inside she was transported to Altru and admitted to the fourth floor the mental health unit I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
