  1. One of the things I worry about is an incident with an uninsured individual.

While I know that my insurance will do its job, dealing with attorneys and uninsured people can be a HUGE Nightmare!

possible pending charges for fleeing an accident she caused. possible pending charges seems to be a thing with this lady and her track record. does this mean before it's no longer possible pending charges, someone has to die at the hands of this intentionally demented individual who decides the next drink is more important than the rest of the people out there that have to unfortunately be on the road with her?

  3. What I never understood is the point behind the DUI system. There was a guy in Minneapolis years ago that was arrested after receiving his 23rd DUI. Even though he wasn't able to get a license he could still get DUI's. If the the DUI system doesn't have peak of some sort then how is it affective?
