GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Troy Larson of Larimore, North Dakota was scheduled to stand trial for the murder of another man in that town last March. Now a report from the State Hospital in Jamestown has found him, not criminally responsible because of mental illness. A hearing will be held later this month to start determining his fate.
