UPDATE: Grand Forks Child Porn Case Transferred to Federal Court

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding a Grand Forks child porn case we first told you about in March of 2021. It’s now been moved into Federal Court and includes a new charge.
we have an update to a story out of grand forks i news first brought you in march of last year a child porn case against nicholas derosier of grand forks has now been moved over to federal court and includes a charge of allegedly driving known juveniles to grand forks for sexual activity for background on this uh story here’s our report from march of 2021. the 33 year old nicholas j morgan derosier of grand forks has been charged with 10 felony counts of certain materials prohibited possession of child pornography uh morgan derosier was allegedly in possession of videos and photos of adults committing sexual acts with children the charges stem from a search warrant at 412 5th avenue south in grand forks where multiple electronic devices were seized and again that case has now moved into federal court i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
