UPDATE: Fire at Lutsen Lodge Raises Insurance Concerns

LUTSEN, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The owner says he’ll rebuild, but there are insurance questions surround a fire that destroyed Lutsen Lodge on the short of Lake Superior this week.
well owner Bryce Campbell says the destroyed main Lodge at Lutsen resort was insured and we will rebuild again but Hamlin University legal expert David Schultz says outstanding violations cited by the state fire Marshall’s office could complicate collecting on an insurance claim he says this could give an insurance company enough discretion to say we’re going to choose not to pay out Schultz who also has experience in Municipal zoning and code enforcement says court cases against insurance companies are difficult to win because they have Deep Pockets State officials say Lutsen Resorts outstanding violations involved annual inspections of sprinkler and fire alarm systems but as it’s too early to invest uh in the investigation to uh to determine if that played a role in the fire

  1. My "spidey senses" are alerting to this… There have been quite a few "fires" near where I live over the years that are very suspicious.
    There's a term for this but I wont use it because I'm sure someone would be offended.
    Also, why are the local TV stations who are reporting on this, not mentioning any of the information you have stated here? Hmmm….
