UPDATE: Fargo Child Pornography Suspect Arrested by Grand Forks SWAT Team

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police now say the man arrested during a Tuesday SWAT Team operation was a Fargo, Child Porn suspect.
we have an update regarding that Grand Forks SWAT team operation on the 1800 block of continental drive on Tuesday afternoon the suspect taken into custody has been identified as 21 year old Sam Payne Junior of Fargo he was arrested on two active warrants for possession of child pornography and promoting an obscene act by a minor uh the Grand Forks SWAT was called in in order to allow officers to search a specific apartment for an individual wanted for a felony arrest warrants and due to the criminal history of the suspect Grand Forks Regional SWAT was utilized for the search and arrest in order to ensure the safety of all involved the subject was located and successfully taken into custody without incident at 5 30 pm on Tuesday I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
