we have an update on this crash just east of the uh grand forks air force base at 6 p.m tuesday evening the north dakota highway patrol now says 36 year old jared kinney of manville went off the road and hit a tree suffered non-life-threatening injuries uh the patrol says a seat belt was not in use airbags were deployed um kinney was cited for care required and driving with a suspended driver’s license i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
